I received a call from escrow today letting me know that we funded today and will close tomorrow. Angie and I have already moved out of the property, therefore I will place all of the keys/garage door openers inside the house, and have moved the lock box to the front door. I will leave a front door key inside the lockbox, therefore the new owner can move in at their convenience. You might want to let them know that the utilities have all been turned off, therefore it might be in their interest to get them turned back on ASAP so that the lawn/etc can be watered (its very hot!). Their realtor also had mentioned he would call me when he heard it closed, so if I hear from him first I will pass on this same information. Thanks again for all of the help/time with selling the property. If you would like any references/etc. in the future, feel free to contact me.

Sorry to get back to you so late. I have been very busy, still. I thought I would have less to do since I sold the house. I wanted to thank you so much for your service, it was well worth it. Before I had contacted you, I was about to list with a full service agent. She wanted 6%. Six percent to me was $50,000 out of my sale, which I wasn't willing to part with since I had only lived in the house for a year and a half. So, I declined to list with her and thought about selling it myself, but I didn't know how to do the paper work involved with the sale of the house. So, I searched the internet and I came across Sellersnetrealestate.com. This site gave me a lot of choices and it included having my home on the MLS with pictures, which I think is very important to have because I probably wouldn't have sold it without being on the MLS.
I had one open house the first week and that is when I realized that it is not the open house that the agent participates in on the weekends that sells the house but it is really just to be seen through the MLS by agents. I saw a lot of my neighboors come to the house and no real prospective buyers. After the chill of the winter months (Nov, Dec, Jan,) we sold the house on a high note and saved around $40,000 in commision.
I had a neighboor who was selling their home on another street that was simmilar to mine (size, remodeled like mine). They listed with c-21 just two weeks before mine and at a higher price ($35,000 more). By not having to pay a high commision, it allowed me to be more flexable with my asking price. A month later they droped it to the price of mine and even sold it in the same month as mine. The only difference is that I saved $40,000 and they didn't. :-). Everything went suprisingly smooth even though it is stressful to sell a home.

I can not believe how fast we sold our house, we purchased the gold package and Four days later we had a full priced offer of 750,000 we paid a 2% commission to the buyer's agent we saved about 30,000 in commissions hard to believe we all most listed our house with a regular office. Listed my house 4/25/2005 in the MLS for $495,000 and it sold 5/01/2005 for $495,000. I saved over $15,000 ub commission. I will recommend this service to everyone. Why do sellers want to pay regular commission to sell their homes? When your service works the same as a full service listing.

I was using the news paper, to try to sell my home by owner when I was introduce to this service. I thought I would try a while longer by myself two more weeks went by and nothing but at about 100.00 a week I wish I would have signed up for the service in the begining.
After I did my home received a offer in about two weeks. We put it in Escrow with out another agent the buyer found my home on the Internet drove by and called off of my yard sign. We went to a local escrow office they help us close the deal in about 30 days it was very easy and with out paying any other commissions, only the one time listing fee. I would never sell a house any other way.
