I received a call from escrow today letting me know that we funded today and will close tomorrow. Angie and I have already moved out of the property, therefore I will place all of the keys/garage door openers inside the house, and have moved the lock box to the front door. I will leave a front door key inside the lockbox, therefore the new owner can move in at their convenience. You might want to let them know that the utilities have all been turned off, therefore it might be in their interest to get them turned back on ASAP so that the lawn/etc can be watered (its very hot!). Their realtor also had mentioned he would call me when he heard it closed, so if I hear from him first I will pass on this same information.
